A. As part of the project team, the Engineer (and its subconsultants) will be responsible for coordinating the design, progress review(s), preparing a coordinated set of Construction Documents, and limited construction phase engineering services. Specifically, the Engineer will provide the following services as follows 1. Preconstruction Phase a. Present detailed project scope, request and review CMAR's GMP, participate in GMP negotiations and constructability reviews, as required. g. The improvements will be completed primarily along Front Street and Main Street and include a new public gathering area along Front Street. Improvements include landscaping, electrical and lighting improvements, traffic-calming, utility improvements, wayfinding signage, new pavilion space, and streetscape improvements. This project is a partnership between the City of Louisville and the Louisville Revitalization Commission (LRC).
