The scope of the project includes making drainage improvements, grading the road surface, placement of base material and roadway surfacing with #2A coarse aggregate. When bidding, amount bid should be in dollars and cents no fractions of a cent will be accepted. Except as otherwise provided by law, award will be made to the lowest responsible and responsive bidder, and all bidders will be advised of the bid results. A Purchase Order will be generated at the time of award without further input from the successful bidder. Awarded vendor will be sent a copy of this document and no work will be authorized until the vendor is in receipt of the Purchase Order.
