Question Submission Deadline: February 28, 2025, 5:00pm This Specification establishes the minimum requirements for this solicitation, listed and described in the body of these specifications, to be used as noted. The intent of this ITB is to establish discount pricing for the purchase of commercial grade kitchen equipment and refrigeration parts. The performance of awarded Bidders shall be in accordance with the terms of the specifications and at the quality standards of service set forth herein. Supply Kitchen Equipment & Refrigeration Parts for replacement of stock items which will be delivered to the School Board's Maintenance Material Control Department located at 1254 Florida Ave., Rockledge, FL 32955. Award will be made to the bidder(s) offering the largest percentage discount off each manufacturer's list and/or distributor's catalog price and meet all requirements of this Bid. It may be in the best interest of the School Board to award each manufacturer separately. A single Bidder may be awarded multiple manufacturers. Awarded Bidders will be expected to provide their bid percentage discount on all quotes or price sheets for the appropriate manufacturer to the School Board's representative at the time of sale. To qualify for a manufacturer award, the Bidder must have bid a percentage discount for that manufacturer on the price sheet.
