Site work and paving for a road / highway in Excelsior Springs, Missouri. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
Asphalt base repairs on a collection of residential streets in northwest Excelsior Springs and a collection of streets east of N Jesse James Road and north of Miller and Dunbar Ave as detailed in the Appendices. Spot curb replacement included on the same collection of streets. A commercial driveway apron replacement on Rosalea Street and 3 inch mill and overlay on Rosalea Street, C E King Street, and Washington School Road. All asphalt shall be APWA Type 5 Modified 30% FRAP. Alternates: The mill and overlay streets scope of work may be adjusted after pavement cores are received. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents and all requests for substitutions during the bidding period are to be submitted to Owner in writing (e-mail is an acceptable form).
