Reference Number 0000287495 Question Acceptance Deadline 2025/02/27 03:00:00 PM CST Installation (Disconnect existing boiler water lines and cap, remove existing boiler. Place new boiler and reconnect inlet and outlet water lines. Start and test. Note: Electrical connect and disconnect will be provide by SPC 1. Compliance with the Boiler and Pressure Vessel Act & regulations. The pressure vessel should be built to a 160 psi, 250°F design standard and comply with ASME Code Section IV, "H" Code, and be National Board Registered. 2. Boiler should have CRN and comply with ASME Safety Code CSD-1. 3. Heating element should be removeable and replaceable. 4. Electrical control panel should NEMA 1 at minimum. 5. Built for compliance with UL Subject 834 and NEC/NFPA Article 424-G. 6. Pressure gauge w/cock and ASME safety relief valves(s) should have an CRN. 7. Pressure vessel is wrapped with at least 4" thick blanket of fiberglass insulation.
