Renovation of a mixed-use development in Coronach, Saskatchewan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field.

The Town of Coronach will be accepting quotations to remove the tin on the skating rink side and replace with the new metal roofing and to place the metal roofing overtop of the tin on the curling rink side on the Coronach Sportsplex located at 300 Centre St, Coronach, Saskatchewan, Canada, S0H 0Z0. o R&R metal roofing with modern seamless, full-length sheets, with new bright while polyethylene faced R34 rolled insulation (approx. 32, 830 square feet) o Install custom bridge saddles over existing ribs of curling rink roof cladding to support new custom zee bar- which would be installed at specific heights from eave to part way up main roof- to achieve a slight curve covering both roof slopes for installation of full-length sheets. Sheets will run from the top of the main roof right through to the bottom of the curling rink roof. Build out "false front". Curling rink will have another layer of R20 insulation atop of the existing. Both roofs will have all new venting and roof deck flashing. All new cladding will be 22 gauge, replacing the existing 26 gauge. (approx. 13,516 square feet) o Quote four pieces of heavy equipment- telehandlers and man lifts o Quote mobilization of equipment- both ways for travel costs o Quote travel expenses, meals, and accommodations for the crews for the entirety of the project. o Please state if delivery charges are included in the prices or at an additional cost. If they are additional, state the cost. o Please state any other overhead costs or other costs associated with the proposed project. o Please state all costs separate, as well as both taxes listed separately. o Crane and disposal costs will be supplied by a third party. Project Award Date - September 17, 2025 Completion of Demolition/Excavation - on or before October 31, 2025. The Town of Coronach reserves the right to base award of tender on additional factors such as schedule/timeframe, work force, application methods, work experience, references, price, availability, and not award to the lowest bidder.
