Woodlea Road Improvements Question Deadline 02/25/2025 Questions during the bidding process should be emailed to Neil Piggush (npiggush@piggusheng.com) and Jackie Liebermann (jliebermann@piggusheng.com). The questions will be addressed via an addendum that will be issued to all plan holders. Questions will continue to be addressed throughout the bidding process until 48 hours prior to the bid opening. Questions submitted after this date will not be addressed. Piggush Engineering, Inc. reserves the right to determine responsibility at the time of award, to reject any or all proposals, to readvertise the proposed improvement, and to waive technicalities. Work may begin immediately upon fulfillment of contractual, insurance and bond requirements and it is expected by the Owner that substantial completion shall be accomplished by July 20, 2025. Final completion of all punch list items shall be accomplished by July 27, 2025.
