The purpose of this document is to provide interested parties with information to enable them to prepare and submit a bid response for liquid asphalt. The County intends to use the results of this process to award a contract(s) or issuance of purchase order for the product(s) and or services(s) stated above. The contract shall be effective on the date indicated on the Dane County purchase order or the Dane County contract execution date You are invited to submit a bid to furnish liquid asphalt for surface treatment to be used on asphalt sealcoat projects. Question Response Deadline March 7, 2025, 4:00pm Deliveries will be to various locations within Dane County, and the bid price shall include all delivery costs regardless of where delivery is made within the County. Firm unit bid prices are desired through November 30, 2025. Dane County reserves the right to reject any material delivered at an improper temperature. A damage claim may be made by the County to compensate for costs and delays incurred due to improper temperature.s
