This Request for Proposals (the "RFP") is an invitation by the City of St. Albert (the "City") to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Windermere Park Playground Replacement, as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix B) (the "Deliverables"). The Work shall include, but is not limited to, the following: Site and play space design of a playground (see RFP and Technical Specifications for more details) - desired area of ~150-200m2 ; Mobilization and demobilization (including temporary site fencing, signage, site safety, pedestrian accommodation, site restoration, etc.); Removal and disposal of existing playground (including equipment, edging, sand safety surfacing) - approximate area of existing playground is 135m2; Supply and installation of new playground, 150-200m2 in size (including equipment, edging, sand surfacing, playground sub-drainage with a connection to existing City storm drainage system); Removal and disposal of existing site furniture (including concrete pads); Supply and installation of new site furniture (including concrete pads); Supply and installation of concrete trail connections (from existing asphalt trail to proposed playground) Maintenance during warranty period (as required).
