("DCDC"), and its related "DCDC affiliates" now or hereafter created (collectively referred to as "Authority") are seeking proposals from qualified and licensed C-39 Roofing Contractors or General Contractors with a licensed subcontractor for as-needed roof replacement services for an initial 12-month period, with four (4) optional one-year renewals.
