The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, and equipment required to replace the existing mechanical float switches, add pressure transducer; remove the temporary pump control panel after the new system has been installed and is operational; replace existing SCADA panel and make all control and pump connections, program HMI and PLC for City's SCADA technicians to interconnect with the new controllers; furnish & install a new MCC and replace all MCC components; furnish & install cable and strain reliefs to support cable drops to pumps at the bottom of sump. All bidders shall be licensed under the provisions of Chapter 9, Division 3 of the Business and Professions Code of the State of California. The Contractor shall possess a valid Class "A or C-10" license at the time the bid is submitted and retain the license through the duration of the project.
