Provide professional engineering services to prepare plans, specifications, and an estimate for this project. Repairs to include fire repair, erosion mitigation, asphalt approaches, joint seal replacement, deck sealing, and barrier replacement. This includes addressing deficiencies indicated in the Caltrans Bridge Inspection Reports and preparing necessary environmental documentation for this project. The proposed bridges include: Pershing Avenue over Smith Canal (29C0242) San Joaquin Street over Mormon Slough (29C0237) Manthey Road over Walker Slough (29C0400) Airport Way over Duck Creek (29C0093 L/R) Any question or request for clarification shall be submitted in writing to: Alejandro.Martinez@stocktonca.gov. Question Deadline 03/05/2025 The City reserves the right to negotiate an agreement with the firm submitting the highest-ranking proposal. Also, the City reserves the right to reject any and all proposals or to waive any irregularity in a proposal if it is deemed to be in the best interest of the City. Failure to submit all requested information could be grounds to reject the proposal. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
