Description

Site work for a civil project in Stockton, California. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

The project includes a Potable Water Treatment System to boost and/or supplement the residual disinfectant levels in potable water delivered through the CHCF water distribution system. The Project will have an above ground chemical storage tank, chemical injection system for appropriate chlorination utilizing agent(s) to achieve chloramination, chlorine and ammonia analyzers, and flow meters, and integration into the existing CHCF water system controls and alarm systems. Additionally, a metal building will be installed to house the chemicals, pumps, instruments, and electronic control equipment. CDCR anticipates selecting a firm to provide the required services for this Project with funding authorized in Fiscal Year 2025/2026 and concluding in Fiscal Year 2027/2028 assuming no budget delays are encountered to obtain future funding. Services are required for the following phases: Working Drawings, Bid and Award, Construction, and Commissioning. The Project delivery method will be "Design-Bid-Build" using standard State procedures. An executed Agreement for Construction Management Services for this Project is subject to budgetary, legislative and control agency approval of the proposed projects.
