The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. The work shall consist of furnishing all labor, supervision, bonds, insurances, materials, plant, tools and equipment, for performing all operations necessary in conjunction with the mechanical dredging of Parkers Creek. All work shall be completed in strict accordance with the plans & specifications, all federal, state & local regulations and permitted conditions. All sediment shall be disposed of at the Harrison County Development Commissions Dredged Material Spoil Disposal Area C and / or C-1. Contractor shall adhere to all provisions of Section 2 of these Technical Specifications. The project consists of removing and disposal of accumulated sediment within the following identified segments of channel as outlined in the plans and specifications: 1. Alignment A – Station 0+00 to 10+30 with a channel width of 15 feet wide at a depth of -7.0 feet mean low water with 3:1 side slopes. 2. Alignment B – Station 10+30 to 26+15 with a channel width of 20 feet wide at a depth of -7.0 feet mean low water with 3:1 side slopes. All work shall be in strict accordance with the plans & specifications, all federal, state and local regulations and permitted conditions. Construction oversight, bid recommendations, and answers to bid questions will be provided by Seymour Engineering.
