Site work for a water / sewer project in Carpentersville, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The proposed improvements will consist of pre-construction cleaning and televising, and installation of cured-in-place pipelining of approximately 7,790 LF of 8" sanitary sewers. All other ancillary work required to complete the project in accordance with the plans, specifications and all other applicable standards. The Village will provide a flash drive containing the tapes to potential bidders, by request only. Requests can be made to Nikki Ang at 224-293-1626 or via email at nang@cville.org. Flash drives will be made avail able for pickup at the Public Works Facility, 1075 Tamarac Drive in Carpentersville, Monday-Friday between 8:30AM to 4:00PM, within 24hours from the time of the request. All bids shall be clearly marked: BID PROPOSAL:2025 Sanitary Sewer Cured-In-Place Pipe Lining Project on the outside of the envelope and addressed to: Kevin R. Gray, PE, CFM, Director of Public Works and Engineering Village of Carpentersville 1075 Tamarac Drive Carpentersville, IL 60110 The Village of Carpentersville reserves the right to determine the low, responsible bid and waive irregularities or to reject any or all proposals. Bids may be held by the Village of Carpentersville fora period not to exceed 60 days from the date of the opening of Bids for the purpose of reviewing the Bids and investigating the qualifications of Bidders, prior to awarding of the Contract.
