Site work and new construction of a transportation facility in Ionia, Michigan. Completed plans call for the construction of a transportation facility; and for site work for a transportation facility.
The proposed Work includes the following: Construction of a pole-barn style snow removal equipment (SRE) storage building, including associated site work. There is a Disadvantage Business Enterprise (DBE) participation goal of 4.00% for this project A bid bond, certified check, or cashier's check payable to Airport Sponsor in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total price shall accompany each bid. This surety shall bind the bidder for a period of ninety (90) days after the notification of award. The IONIA COUNTY reserves the following rights: to accept or reject any or all bids; and to award the Contract to the most responsive and responsible Bidder whose bid is determined by IONIA COUNTY to be in its best interest. To be given consideration, questions or comments must be received by addressee at least five (5) calendar days prior to the date fixed for opening of bids.
