Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Yorkville, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
Construction of the Bluestem Water Main Improvements; which consists of the installation of approximately 723 feet of 16-inch ductile iron water main, 46 feet of 8-inch ductile iron water main, curb and sidewalk removal and replacement, and paving improvements. A certified check or bank draft, payable to the order of United City of Yorkville negotiable U.S. Government bond (at par value) or a satisfactory Bid Bond executed by the Bidder and an acceptable surety in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the total Bid shall be submitted with each Bid. United City of Yorkville reserves the right to reject all Bids or to waive any informalities in the bidding.
