Remodel of the Fremont Park Bandstand. The project consists of a remodeling the Freemont Park Bandstand. This includes selective demolition of the existing deck, stairs and railings. Installing new stairs and an ada ramp are included. A new wood framed deck, footings, siding, railings are included. Alternates for additional scope are included on the bid form.
