Hernando Elementary School Fire Alarm Upgrade Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of not less than five percent (5%) of the maximum amount of the Bid as a guarantee that the Bidder, if awarded the Contract, will within ten (10) calendar days after written notice being given of bid acceptance, enter into a written Contract with the Citrus County School Board, in accordance with the accepted Bid, and give a surety bond satisfactory to the Citrus County School Board equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract amount No Bidder may withdraw his/her Bid for a period of thirty (30) days after the date set for the opening of the Bids.
