Introduction Harbor Springs Public Schools is seeking proposals for the installation and integration of a new sound system for the football and soccer stadium. The goal is to provide a clear, high-quality audio experience for all events held at the stadium, including sports games, school events, and other community activities. 2. Project Overview The selected contractor will be responsible for designing and supplying a state-of-the-art sound system for the high school stadium, including but not limited to the following services: o Consultation and sound system design. o Equipment supply. (Installations quotes to be provided separately) o Calibration and testing of sound quality. o Training for school staff and maintenance personnel. o Maintenance and warranty options. The system must be able to provide clear, loud audio coverage for a stadium seating approximately 1,000 spectators, ensuring all attendees can hear announcements, music, and other audio content clearly, regardless of their location in the stadium. 3. Scope of Work The scope of work will include but not be limited to the following: A.
