The bringing of the project near Rita Avenue resides in the Village of Kaser. Viola Road is Rockland County Route 74 (CR 74). The Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) program goal for the project is 10%. EEO Goals for the project are 22.6% Minority and 6.9% Female. M/WBE and SDVOB language is not included.
