Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Harrah, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
Following Approximate Major Quantities of Work: the Branch Road Sidewalk Project Will Include the Construction of New Curb, Gutter, Sidewalk, Storm Drainage, and Illumination Improvements on Branch Road From N. Harrah Road to the School Entrance Approximately 1,000 Lf East of S. Mcdonald Avenue. This Contract Has Seventy-five (75) Working Days to Complete the Work. Each Bid or Proposal Must Be Accompanied by Bond or a Certified Check, Payable to the Order of the Treasurer of the Town of Harrah for the Sum of Not Less Than 5% of Said Bid or Proposal and None Will Be Considered Unless Accompanied by Such Deposit, to Be Forfeited to the Town of Harrah in the Event the Successful Bidder Shall Fail or Refuse to Enter Into a Contract With the Town for the Making and Construction of the Aforesaid Improvement. All Bids or Proposals Must Be in Writing on the Form Bound in the Specifications, Sealed and Filed With the Clerk on or Before the Day and Hour Above Mentioned. Attention is Called to the Fact That Not Less Than the Minimum Salaries and Wages as Set Forth in the Contract Documents Must Be Paid on This Project. All Work Performed on This Project Will Be Subject to the Higher of the Prevailing State or Federal Wage Rates. The Town of Harrah is an Equal Opportunity and Affirmative Action Employer.
