Prices will be read and disclosed, in full, at the opening. Proposals must be submitted in sufficient time and received at the above location on or before the published date and time shown. Proposals received after the published time and date cannot be considered and will be disqualified. Faxed proposals will not be accepted. The scope for this project will be to replace flooring in the hallways of each of the two campuses listed below and in this proposal. a. Stephen F. Austin Elementary, 1500 Austin Dr., Ennis b. Sam Houston Elementary, 1701 S. Hall St, Ennis. 3. Start Date for both campuses: Wednesday, March 19, 2025 4. Completion Date for both campuses: Friday, June 20, 2025 6. Failure to submit all of the signed or initialed documents may be grounds for rejection of the bid. c. Your bid should be turnkey.
