Renovation of a municipal facility in Ashdown, Arkansas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
A certified Bid Tabulation will be produced and distributed as quickly as is practical following the bid opening. A five percent (5%) corporate Bid Bond or a certified check in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid shall accompany all submitted bids on construction contracts that exceed $50,000.00 in accordance with ACA 22-9-203.Bidders must comply with all requirements of Contractors Licensing Laws of the State of Arkansas, Act 150 of 1965, as amended, and Arkansas Code 22-9-204 section 3.6(a). Pursuant to ACA 22-9-203, the Owner encourages all small, minority, and women business enterprises to submit bids for capital improvements. Encouragement is also made to all general contractors that in the event they subcontract portions of their work, consideration is given to the identified groups. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive formalities. Proposals which fail to comply fully with any provision of the Plans, Specifications, and other Contract Documents will be considered invalid and will not receive consideration.
