Project Specifications 10,000 yards to begin June 15, 2025, for and in the R.M. of Canwood No. 494 from the following pits: o Bouchard Pit- NW-21-52-08 W3 o Molzan Pit- NE/NW-01-54-05 W3 o Reimer Pit - SW 32-51-07 W3 Detailed instruction will be provided by the R.M. at the commencement of the haul. Commencement and Completion of Work o Completed by August 30, 2025. o The R.M. reserves the right to stop the haul. o Time will be of the essence of the Contract made with the successful bidder and the contractor will be required to comply strictly with the dates specified, subject to the terms of the contract. o Work schedules shall accommodate the weather. o Payment will be made once the work is completed. o The R.M. reserves the right to extend the contract. The Rural Municipality reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders and to waive irregularities and informalities at its discretion. The Rural Municipality reserves the right to accept other than the lowest tender without stating reasons. By the act of submitting its bid, the Bidder waives any right to contest in any legal proceeding or action the right of the Rural Municipality to award the good or service to whomever it chooses, in its sole and unfettered discretion, and for whatever reason(s) the Rural Municipality deems appropriate.
