This is a service / maintenance or supply contract in Copan, Oklahoma. Contact the soliciting agency for additional information.
The proposed contract is for cedar tree cutting on 168 acres along the roads, fence line boundaries and fire guards of the Copan WMA. Work will consist of cutting only, no stacking or mulching. The exact areas for cutting will be determined by ODWC area personnel. See attached maps. The project will take place at one location on Copan WMAs. Specific locations will be determined at the time on application, See attached maps. Additional directions will be given to the awarded vendor, as needed. For questions during the bid process direct your questions in writing to the following CPO, email: susan.mecham@odwc.ok.gov by Friday, February 21st, 2025 by 10:00AM as the last day for questions, Central Standard Time. No questions will be taken by phone, all questions must be in writing, only. Project must be completed by March 31, 2025, or shortly thereafter. In submitting the bid, it is understood that the right is reserved by the State of Oklahoma to reject any and all bids, and it is agreed that this bid may not be withdrawn for a period of thirty (30) days after the date bids are due. Work is to start within ten (10) days after receipt of Notice to Proceed.
