Daviess County Fiscal Court is seeking a qualified vendor to construct a restroom facility per the bid specifications and drawings at Yellow Creek Park located at 5710 KY-144, Owensboro, KY 42303. Plans and Specifications, Bid Documents, and Pictures can be obtained from the Specification Contact detailed on page 1 of this document. Bids shall be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond made payable to the Daviess County Fiscal Court, in an amount no less than 5.0 % of the total bid price. No bidder may withdraw their bid for a period of 90 days after the date bids are opened.
