Daviess County Fiscal Court is seeking a qualified vendor to construct a picnic shelter per the bid specifications and drawings at Yellow Creek Park located at 5710 KY-144, Owensboro, KY 42303. Plans and Specifications, Bid Documents, and Pictures can be obtained from the Specification Contact detailed on page 1 of this document. Bids shall be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond made payable to the Daviess County Fiscal Court, in an amount no less than 5.0 % of the total bid price. No bidder may withdraw their bid for a period of 90 days after the date bids are opened. The bidder may withdraw their bid at any time prior to the time and date scheduled for the opening of same or any authorized postponement thereof. The successful bidding contractor shall furnish a Performance Bond for the total amount of the bid price as security for the faithful performance of the contractor's obligations.
