Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Oswego, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
DESCRIPTION OF WORK: Consists of the construction of sidewalk removal and replacement, curb removal and replacement, pavement patching, street resurfacing and all other appurtenant construction The Owner reserves the right to issue Bid Documents only to those Contractors deemed qualified. D.All Proposals must be accompanied by a Bank Cashier's Check, Bank Draft, Certified Check, or Bid Bond for not less than five percent (5%) of the total amount of the Bid, or as provided in the applicable sections of the "Standard Specifications". E.No Bid may be withdrawn after opening of Proposals without the consent of the Owner for a period of forty-five (45) days after the scheduled time of opening of Bids. F.The Contractor will be required to furnish a labor and material "Performance Bond" in the full amount of the Contract. G.The Contractor will be required to pay Prevailing Wages in accordance with all applicable laws. IV. REJECTION OF BIDS: The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Proposals, to waive technicalities, and to accept the Proposal deemed to be most favorable to the Owner.
