In those instances where a Design Professional is not involved with the project, written requests for interpretation or correction may be made to the DBA Construction Section within the time frame stated above. Bidders shall not make additions, notations, clarifications, reservations, or exceptions to the bid form proposal or include additional documents regarding additions, notations, clarifications, reservations, or exceptions. See also # 6.1. Segregated bids, alternate bids or assignments ("additions") shall not be considered. The reading of a bid is not inclusive of the Bidder's additions, notations, clarifications, reservations, or exceptions and shall not change the Bidder's responsibilities and duties to provide all labor, materials, services and equipment necessary for, or incidental to, the construction of the project pursuant to the contract documents, including the time set forth and the lump sum base bid stated in the bid proposal.
