The Arkansas Department of Corrections is soliciting responses from qualified consultants to provide professional architectural/engineering design services as defined by the TSS/Division of Building Authority Minimum Standards and Criteria (MSC) for a new correctional facility in the State of Arkansas. A detailed Request for Qualifications (RFQ) package will be provided to interested parties outlining the submittal requirements and selection methodology. Responses received for this RFQ will be used to screen prospective consultants and select finalist for interview in accordance with the MSC. The Department reserves the right to award one or more contracts under this solicitation and to negotiate fees on a percentage basis or lump sum as appropriate for the proposed project.
