The Arkansas Division of Correction is soliciting responses from qualified firms to provide Professional Engineering design services as defined by the Division of Building Authority Minimum Standards and Criteria (DBA MSC) 2-201 for a Camera Project for the Wrightsville, Hawkins & Varner Units. A detailed request for qualifications (RFQ) package will be provided to interested parties outlining the submittal requirements and selection methodology. Responses received for this RFQ will be used to screen prospective consultants and select finalists for interviews in accordance with DBA MSC. The Agency reserves the right to negotiate fees on a percentage basis, lump sum basis or an hourly not-to-exceed basis on individual project assignments as appropriate for the contemplated work.
