Site work and new construction of a hospitality development in Pine Bluff, Arkansas. Completed plans call for the construction of a hospitality development; and for site work for a hospitality development.
For the construction of a 125 room Courtyard by Marriott Hotel located at 2 Convention Center Dr., Pine Bluff, Arkansas. A new 73,400 sf Courtyard by Marriott modified prototype hotel is to be built and operated in conjunction with the existing Pine Bluff Conference Center. The new hotel will be 4 floors and consist of 125 rooms in all. The hotel will include a fitness center, a meeting room, bistro/bar, media pods, and dining area. Utilities for a future pool shall be provided and capped for future tie-in. The facility will include laundry services, a food preparation area, administrative offices and an employee break room. All bids are due on January 10, 2025.
