Davis Student Union Building, University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff, Pine Bluff, Arkansas. Once the time to receive bids has past, bids received will be publicly opened at the UAPB Facilities Management Building. Bids offered after the time to receive bids will not be accepted. This includes the verification and incorporation of addenda or revision bulletins, prior to bidding the project.
