Architects Hazzard Gymnasium Renovation Project Phase II The Gymnasium is Located on the Maincampus of the University Ofarkansas at Pine Bluff, Arkansas. The Hazzard Gymnasium, An84,404 Square Foot Facility, Wascompleted in the Early 1950s and Served as the Home of the Golden Lion Basketball Team Until 1984.as the Largest Seated Gatheringspace on the Campus at One Time,the Hazzard Served as More Than a Basketball Gym. It Has Served as a Concert Hall, an Auditorium, Aworkout Facility, an Athletic Equipment Storage Site, and a Reserve Officer Training Corps (Rotc)training Site. The Hazzard Currently Serves as the Training Siteof the Reserve Officer Trainingcorps (Rotc) Program. It is Alsohome of the Lady Lion Soccerteam/locker Room and It is an Integral Part of the Educational and Athletic Programs of the University. Project Scope Uapb Hazzard Gymnasiumrenovation Phase Ii Project Encompasses a Comprehensiverange of Improvements, From Ensuring Compliance With Buildingcodes and Life Safety Standards to Enhancing Accessibility, Functionality, and Aesthetics. The Proposedrenovations Will Provide a Modern,comfortable, and Inclusive Environment for Users, Meeting Theevolving Needs of the Uapb Hazzard Gymnasium.
