Description

This is a service / maintenance or supply contract in New Brunswick, New Jersey. Contact the soliciting agency for additional information.

It is the intention of these specifications to provide to prospective bidders the requirements for the Furnishing and Delivery of Red Warning Track Material, Various Mulch, Beach Sand, Screened Topsoil and Athletic Top Dressing as required by the Middlesex County Department of Infrastructure Management, Office of Parks and Recreation. The contract shall commence on or about April 19, 2025 for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months. Any services ordered or made within thirty (30) days after the Contract expires shall be under the same terms and conditions specified in the bid and contract prices submitted by the vendor, unless said vendor indicates, in writing, thirty (30) days prior to Contract Expiration, that it will not be bound by said terms, conditions and contract prices. The method of award shall be based on a Per Line-Item Basis. In this manner prospective bidders shall have the option of bidding on any or all line items. The Board of County Commissioners reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, to waive identified irregularities and technicalities, and to award in whole or in part to the lowest responsible bidder, if it is in the best interest of the County to do so. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, any bid which is incomplete, obscure, or irregular shall be rejected, and any bid accompanied by any insufficient or irregular certified check, cashier's check or bid bond shall be rejected.
