HS690Q - Rooftop Playground. Pursuant to the SCA's authorizing legislation, contracts will only be awarded to contractors prequalified by the SCA. The project is located at 116-25 Guy R. Brewer Blvd., Jamaica, NY 11434 . The Contractor shall commence Work under this Contract at a date to be specified in a Notice to Proceed (NTP) letter issued by the SCA and, shall substantially complete Work on the Project, on or before 450 continuous calendar days from the date in the Notice to Proceed (NTP). The Contractor shall achieve Final Completion for the Performance Period on or before 510 continuous calendar days from NTP date. The Contractor shall pay to the SCA as liquidated damages the sum of One Thousand ($1,000) Dollars for each continuous calendar day the Work shall not be substantially complete after the above-stated Substantial Completion date or any authorized extension thereof.
