Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in New York, New York. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a library; for site work for a library; multi-residential development; and multi-residential development.

The New York City Department of Housing Preservation and Development (HPD) and The New York Public Library (NYPL) invite developers to submit proposals for a new public library and affordable housing construction project in Community District 4 in the Bronx.
