The City of Rosenberg is seeking bids from qualified vendors for the purchase and turnkey installation of one (1) permanent 125kw natural gas generator on a concrete pad. The generator will mitigate the Rosenberg Animal Control Building, located at 1207 Blume Rd. Rosenberg, TX 77471, from power loss due to natural hazards. The generator will be installed with a 400-amp automatic transfer switch (open delayed) on a concrete pad. The project will be in compliance with latest edition of codes and standards required by Federal, State and Local rules and regulations. IT IS UNDERSTOOD that the City Council of the City of Rosenberg reserves the right to reject any or all bids for any or all products and/or services covered in this Invitation to Bid and to waive any informalities or defects in such bids.
