The Naperville Community Unit School District 203 is providing an opportunity for qualified contractors to bid the site improvement work at Naperville North High School. This bid period includes work related to Earthwork, Site Utilities, Site Concrete, Site Paving, Landscaping, Site Electrical, Netting Systems and Sporting Equipment. Project features parking lot and access road modifications, the installation of synthetic turf fields, storm detention system, stadium and site lighting, scoreboards, fencing and netting systems, and athletic equipment. Prime Trade Contractors for the work will be assigned to the Construction Manager, Pepper Construction. A 10% bid security must accompany the bid and all additive alternates. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a Performance and Payment Bond for 100% of the contract value. Prospective bidders must have previous work experience on projects of similar size and meet the criteria established by Naperville CUSD 203. Contractor's Qualifications Statement must be submitted at time of bid or already be on file with Pepper Construction.
