Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Naperville, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

As of April 3, 2025, project is awarded to D & J Landscape, Inc., with the amount of $95,393.50. Each playground renovation consists of removals and the installation of 2-12 year old playground structures, minor site grading, concrete curbing and flatwork, site furnishings and landscape restoration. If a bid is accepted, a Labor & Material Payment Bond, payable to the Naperville Park District, for not less than one hundred (100%) percent of the contract amount will be required prior to beginning construction. A Performance Bond, payable to the Naperville Park District, for not less than one hundred (100%) percent of the contract amount will be required prior to beginning construction on all projects $50,000 or more, and may be required for projects $50,000 or less at the discretion of the Naperville Park District. Such bonds shall include the provision guaranteeing the faithful performance of the Prevailing Wage Act. The surety on the bond shall be a company that is licensed by the Department of Insurance authorizing it to execute surety bonds and the company shall have a financial strength rating of at least A- as rated by A.M. Best Company, Inc., Moody's Investors Service, Standard & Poor's Corporation, or a similar rating agency.
