Renovation of a municipal facility in Naperville, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The City of Naperville is accepting sealed bids from qualified vendors to supply labor, equipment, supplies, and materials associated with the Salt Conveyor Replacement project. The work generally includes the replacement of the existing salt conveyor at the Public Works Service Center, including the construction of a new pit with a concrete push wall and shed. The City of Naperville Department of Public Works proposes to replace the existing conveyor and construct a new salt conveyor pit and shed under these specifications. The Contractor providing these services shall furnish the necessary supervision labor, equipment, and materials to accomplish the work under these specifications. Work will include: o Removal and disposal of existing conveyor and hopper o Installation of new conveyor system o Demolition of the existing concrete pit o Construction of new concrete pit, push wall, and conveyor support pad o Construction of new shed house over the open pit area Question Deadline Mar 17, 2025 at 12:00 PM QUESTIONS DURING THE BID PROCESS All questions concerning this bid shall be submitted in writing at least five business days prior to the online bid opening to Ryan La Russo at larussor@naperville.il.us. The deadline for questions is Monday, March 17, 2025, by 12:00 p.m. If required, a written response in the form of an addendum will be issued.
