The City of Naperville is accepting sealed bids from qualified vendors to supply labor, equipment, supplies and material associated with the 2025 SOUTHEAST WATERWORKS GENERATOR REPLACEMENT. The work generally includes Contractor shall perform all Work in accordance with this Contract. Contractor shall furnish all materials, equipment, tools, and labor which is reasonably and properly inferable and necessary for the proper completion of the Work. Question Deadline 04/02/2025 at 12:00 PM CT All questions concerning the bid shall be submitted to the online bid opening to Carla Soria at soriac@naperville.il.us This work includes all labor, equipment, and materials for demolition, generator, ATS/disconnect combined unit, earthwork and pavement, & electrical upgrades including, but not limited to, the following items: demolition and disposal of existing standby generator, generator concrete pad, control devices, fuel pipes, disconnect unit in electrical room, and associated electrical cables and conduits, remove existing outdoor underground fuel tank by others, coordinate the tank removal schedule with others, install new generator, concrete pad, exterior LED flood lights, and bollards outdoor, ATS/disconnect combined unit and concrete pad in the old generator room, and associated electrical and control wires, completion of outdoor earthwork and pavement, remove indoor gravel and install concrete floor, repairing wall. Install unit heater and AC unit. Replace exiting lighting fixtures with LED light fixtures. e. Update existing control panel and SCADA. Install new sub lighting panel in the old generator room, install new wires and conduits to fit the new control and power needed, repair entire roof and replace exterior planks by others under allowance, coordinate the roof and exterior wall work schedule with others, other mechanical and electrical modifications shown in the drawings, Arch Flash study and labeling of any modified panels, Paint walls, floors and ceiling in the old generator room
