Site work for a civil project in Lakeland, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
RFQ questions deadline:February 28, 2025, 5:00pm The city of lakeland is seeking to prequalify at least four (4) utility contractors to perform work as required for emergency and/or planned work on the city of lakelands infrastructure. The prequalified utility contractors (herein called contractor(s)) will compete for a series of work orders to provide construction, construction management, start up, coordination and other miscellaneous assignments associated with the construction of infrastructure projects. The total scope of work for the prequalified contractors to compete upon consists of pipeline, pump station/treatment plant, and construction manager at risk (CMAR) services. Other miscellaneous water and wastewater may or may not be issued depending on the needs of the city. Vasari Community Development Districtrates and Fees Shall Not Be Included in This Proposal. The Qualification Submitted Shall Be in Complete Accordance With, Without Limitation, This Request for Qualifications, All Codes, Specifications and Requirements Referenced Therein. All Questions regarding this invitation to bid shall be in writing and submitted online via the Portal through the Question and Answer tab. Responses will be released on the Question and Answer Tab.
