Contractor must be prequalified. 3D Model (Signed and Sealed Document) This project serves as a pilot project for the use of the 3D model (signed and sealed document) and for automated machine guidance (AMG). As such, modified special provisions (MSPs) have been developed that define the requirements for AMG on this project. Furthermore, certain information is only available from the digital design files, which must be obtained from the native MicroStation .dgn files or through the use of a digital design review platform. The Department is making one such platform (Bentley iTwin) available for use at no cost to bidders during the bid period.
