Renovation of a municipal facility in Casper, Wyoming. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The Project includes furnishing and installing a new HVAC system, upgrading the electrical system and heaters, and removing and replacing the roofing system at the City of Casper Transit Office. Est. Completion Date: Sept. 26, 2025 Question Deadline 02/27/2025 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents shall be submitted to Engineer in writing Construct all work in accordance with the specifications and details shown on the Drawings, and as designated by Engineer. Engineer may modify these specifications and details as provided in the General Conditions. B. Coordinate on-site staging areas, access and temporary facilities with Owner. C. For additional information, contact Matt Stroh, P.E., with the West Plains Engineering, (307) 234-9484. If CONTRACTOR fails to complete activity by its latest scheduled completion date and this failure may extend Contract Times (or Milestones), CONTRACTOR shall, within 7 days of such failure, submit a written statement as to how CONTRACTOR intends to correct non-performance and return to the acceptable current progress schedule. Actions byCONTRACTOR to complete Work within Contract Times(or Milestones) will not be justification for adjustment to Contract Price or Contract Times.
