Renovation of a municipal facility in Casper, Wyoming. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

The project consists of the following services related to the Transit Building Improvements Project, located at 1715 East 4th Street, Casper, Wyoming 82601: Design, furnish, and installation of new insulated attic space, membrane roofing system, rain gutters, downspouts, metal coping, and edge metal conforming to all applicable codes. Access to the new attic space is required for maintenance, operations, and future replacements. New roofing system shall carry a 20-year minimum warranty covering materials, workmanship, wind speeds up to 90 mph and a hail writer covering up to 1,5" hail. Design, furnish, and installation of a new residential-type HVAC system capable of providing heating and cooling to the entire facility and fitting the new attic space. The new HVAC shall conform to all applicable codes. Demolition and removal of existing baseboard heaters and associated electrical components. Utilize existing electrical outlets where required. Design and Construction for the Transit Building Improvements Project. Site Address: 1715 East 4th Street City: Casper County: Natrona State/Province: WY The Scope of Services shall, at a minimum, include the following: A. Transit Building Improvements, to include, but not be limited to: 1. Remove and properly dispose of all existing equipment. 2. Furnish and Install all new equipment to include, but not be limited to: o Design, furnish, and installation of new insulated attic space, membrane roofing system, rain gutters, downspouts, metal coping, and edge metal conforming to all applicable codes. Access to the new attic space is required for maintenance, operations, and future replacements. New roofing system shall carry a 20-year minimum warranty covering materials, workmanship, wind speeds up to 90 mph and a hail writer covering up to 1,5" hail. o Design, furnish, and installation of a new residential-type HVAC system capable of providing heating and cooling to the entire facility and fitting the new attic space. The new HVAC shall conform to all applicable codes. o Disposal and removal of existing baseboard heaters and associated electrical components. Utilize existing electrical outlets as required. 3. Contractor shall provide startup, commissioning, testing, and adjusting, and training of City personnel as necessary.Contractor shall provide all necessary items, including but not limited to, delivery and freight of equipment to job site, necessary permits, electrical requirements, crane services, etc. and any other materials, labor and equipment necessary or incidental to complete the work, in place and accepted by the City of Casper (City).
