Reference Number 0000376848 Job Location: Various City of Boulder locations The City of Boulder ("City"), by and through its Transportation & Mobility, is seeking bids for the 2025 Street Resurfacing and Reconstruction Project. Work generally includes removal of asphalt by means of milling, asphalt patching as directed and final top layer overlay of HMA. This construction contract may be extended for four additional one-year periods in subsequent years, if mutually agreed upon by the City and the contractor. This right to reject includes the right to reject any bidders who appear on lists designating the bidder as a debarred or suspended entity or individual for other public procurements.
