Questions Due Date: Feb 21st 2025, 2:00 PM MST Online Portal Project Description: General Cleaning Tasks: Dusting all surfaces: Including desks, shelves, and windowsills. Wiping down and disinfecting hard surfaces: Tables, countertops, and doorknobs. Vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping all floors. Emptying and sanitizing trash bins. Cleaning and disinfecting light switches and other high-touch areas. Spot cleaning walls and baseboards: As needed. Restroom Cleaning: Cleaning and disinfecting: Toilets, urinals, sinks, faucets, and countertops. Restocking: Toilet paper, paper towels, and hand soap. Emptying and sanitizing trash bins. Cleaning mirrors. Sweeping and mopping floors. Kitchen/Break Room Cleaning: Cleaning and sanitizing: Sinks, countertops, and tables. Cleaning appliances: Microwave, refrigerator, and other appliances. Washing dishes: Or loading them into the dishwasher. Emptying and sanitizing trash bins. Sweeping and mopping floors. Specialized Cleaning Tasks (as needed): Carpet cleaning or shampooing. Window cleaning. Upholstery cleaning. Buffing or waxing floors. Deep cleaning of equipment or machinery. Frequency: Cleaning tasks should be performed twice weekly, ideally before 8 am or after 5 pm. Supplies and Equipment: Subcontractor Responsibility: Cleaners, disinfectants, mops, gloves, and all other necessary materials will be provided. All products must be fragrance free. Quality Control: All cleaning work will be inspected by Boulder County Housing Authority (BCHA) monthly to ensure it meets the required standards.
