Renovation of a mixed-use development in Amherst, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Project Description: Project consists of alternations to five (5) buildings within the Amherst School District. Renovations include general trades work, mechanical, plumbing, electrical and site work. Project Location: Amherst High School 4301 Main St Amherst, NY 14226 Amherst Middle School 55 Kings Highway Amherst, NY 14226 Windermere Elementary School 291 Windermere Blvd Amherst, NY 14226 Smallwood Elementary School 300 Smallwood Dr Amherst, NY 14226 Concession Building 4301 Main St Amherst, NY Bidders must be properly licensed under the laws governing their respective trades and be able to obtain insurance and bonds required for the Work. A Performance Bond, a separate Labor and Material Payment Bond, and Insurance in a form acceptable to Owner will be required of the successful Bidder. Doc note: Bidders or subcontractors who return all Bidding and Contract Documents in good condition within ten (10) days of receipt of bids and have remitted payment, will receive a full refund of the deposit. Bid bond payable to the owner shall be submitted with each bid in the amount of 5 percent of the bid amount. No bids may be withdrawn for a period of 60 days after opening of bids. Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids, to re-advertise for new bids and to waive informalities and irregularities in connection with any bid.
